Refund policy

We ship your plant with love & care but all plant sales are final after shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or carrier mishandling or damages. We package with care to prevent damage to your plant. However, plants are not accustomed to the stresses of being boxed and shipped. Reasonable damage or symptoms of stress may occur including lost, bent, or broken leaves, wilting, or etoliation but your plant should recover. This is all normal! We do not offer partial refunds due to minor damage but we can walk you through the process of acclimating your plant to your home to minimize continued damage.

If you encounter any issues with the condition of a plant upon arrival, please send us an unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery.
